I have been honored with the 2024 Innovation Award at GCC for my work on the Who's Next student contact tracking and early intervention system. In the 2023-24 academic year, I collaborated with many individuals to expand the system beyond the initial three departments and to integrate a complex student early intervention dashboard. This brought together faculty and student support staff across five campus locations to motivate and support our students, making an impact on their academic success. 

A special shoutout to Jody Orozco and his amazing team at Blue Eon for their incredible collaboration and support. Working with you has been delightful as well as productive!
