Our family's recipe for taco seasoning. I make this ahead of time and substitute it for taco seasoning, but also for any mixture of spices that involve cumin & paprika. I just cut the spice part out of the recipe and substitute an equivalent amount of this seasoning. Works every time...
Makes a large batch that's good for a few meals. We eat a fair amount of Mexican cooking, so it doesn't last long for us!
