Formed in 1999, ERI is the long-awaited career for our president and founder, Loy Ellen Gross. As a computer consultant with expertise in graphic arts and marketing, Loy found her way into WWW work back in 1994 as the field was just expanding. After the dot-com bust, Loy chose to hang up her own shingle, focusing on the needs of small businesses.

Guarantee
We guarantee you'll be happy with the site design and hosting that we provide for your organization. We'll work on the site until you're happy with it, subject to the original parameters of your design agreement. In other words, if you suddenly decide that you'd rather have green than blue, we'll take care of it. If you suddenly decide that you need a photo gallery in order to be happy, and this wasn't something we had originally agreed upon, we'll be happy to install one at an additional fee. We try to be fair to our customers and appreciate the return favor.
Office Hours
Most of the time, we come to your business so that we can capture the essence of your look and feel in your website. Your place of business will tell us much about your style and ethic, which we translate to an online presence that you and your customers will be comfortable with.
